what is nature led coaching?
1:1 Nature Led Coaching can help you to understand what is at the root of your feelings through being Outside and around Nature. It can help you to make changes in your daily life that can make a lasting difference.
who is it for?
It is for anyone who wants to live a happier and healthier life. That could be to improve physical activity, to improve mental health or to work through a particular barrier to a better quality of life that you are finding challenging.
Children from aged 4 through to adults of any age can all benefit.
how will it help me or my child?
Many people are feeling overwhelmed right now, this affects sleep, moods, interaction with others and our health and happiness.
If we do not attend to those feelings they can result in greater conflict in the home and increased levels of stress and anxiety that can lead to more serious and embedded problems.
Many of us are looking for a different way to take control back in our lives. We may be at a point where the solutions to our fears and problems are within our own capabilities, but we just need that extra support to build great habits into our daily lives to bring about real change.
Nature and the outdoors are things that all of us have available to utilse and support us in those really positive rituals, that when we carry them out as part of our daily routines, build our levels of resilience and help us to feel better able to manage when emotions start to spill over.
