Using nature and the outdoors our Holistic 1:1 Programme offers bespoke individual support as children start to emerge out of lockdown and transition back into school.

  • Safe spaces to talk - loss, bereavement, abuse, anxiety.

  • Sensory development - social distancing, people and personal space and the impact of this.

  • Valuing what we have learned instead of what we have missed

  • Finding and creating safe spaces

  • The 4 R’s : Reflect, Reason, Relate and Regulate
